Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or it’s your first time fundraising, simplicity will always be paramount to a successful campaign. That’s why we’ve created our private-label program to be simple and fun.
Here is how it works:
The signup process:
- You, the event coordinator, will receive a single signup link from us.
- You sign up: You will complete a short form: – Group name – Contact email – Upload logo
- We are notified after you sign up.
- We approve your account.
After we approve your group registration:
Your group profile is created.
Your group name and logo are saved.
Your account becomes active.
- The group coordinator gets access to the account portal: The coordinator can now log in to the group portal.
- How sellers sign up: From the group portal, the coordinator will share *one signup link* for all sellers (no need to create individual links manually)

Sellers fill out: – Name – grade/class (this is optional)
- Do sellers need approval? No. Because sellers can only sign up via the single sign-up link generated by the coordinator, all sellers are automatically approved.
- How do sellers get their unique link & QR code:
The system automatically generates a unique seller link AND a QR code.
The seller receives these by email or by viewing them inside the group portal.
Example seller link: fundraisingsnacks.com/?school=LINCOLN&seller=JANE_SMITH
The seller simply shares this link or QR code with friends, family, and on social media platforms.
How Private Label Brisket Beef and Bacon Jerky Works
This is important information about how your private label fundraiser works. There are two ways this works, and no matter which way you choose to raise money, it is straightforward. Let’s get into it!
If your buyers make purchases that include Brisket Beef Jerky or Bacon Jerky, there is a 10-12-day delay between ordering and delivery. The best part of our brisket beef and bacon jerky is that we make it fresh weekly. That’s right, weekly! Our production week starts Monday morning, and the process takes 8-9 days to complete. We ship as soon as we finish production.
If you place an order with private-label brisket beef or bacon jerky, we will ship your entire order together. We do not ship partial orders. All order items ship in a single shipment.
NOW… if you order jerky with our in-house Smokehouse Jerky Co. label, the entire order will ship within 4-5 days, most likely sooner.
